Learn to talk to your horse with your body.

Have you ever been lucky enough to watch a herd of horses interact? They have a very distinctive  way of using their bodies to speak to one another.

It is the way horses learn the fastest and the most stress free way possible. They end up being your willing partner and can't wait for you to come spend time with them. That is why we have horses, is it not?  Because we enjoy being with them.

What do you think it would be like if  your horse really enjoyed being with you?

Giving horses and horse owners a second chance...

HOW IS YOUR HORSE?

Is your horse pushy?

Does your horse drag you around?

Does your horse bite?

Is your horse the farriers nightmare?

Is your horse hard to catch?

Does your horse run away with you?

Does your horse spook at the smallest thing?

How does he load in the trailer?

Will he stand to get fly spray?

How does he do bathing?

Will he willingly cross creeks?

Is he the horse that you dreamed of having?

IF NOT, THEN LET ME HELP!

Who We Are

I have been riding horses for 38 years.  My dream from childhood was to train mustangs. Now, however, after volunteering at a horse rescue it has changed slightly:  I have found that there are a lot of horses going to the feed lot, being sold at auctions to meat buyers and being slaughtered for food.  It really sickens me. It has been my pleasure to rehabilitate these horses, some of which are registered top blood lined animals. Some are there due to neglect and others due to owners not being able to stop the unsavory habits that their horses have developed. I have been blessed with the ability to relate to these horses. The ones that have been mistreated and severely abused are my favorites; they just seem to melt once they regain their trust. It is such a rewarding privilege. I still train mustangs as they are my favorite breed; to me they are very smart and loyal.  I currently enjoy barrel racing and gaming shows. I trail ride and just enjoy being a partner with my horse, a mustang I adopted from the B.L.M.       I also have been selected to be one of the trainers for the 2008 extreme mustang makeover and the yearling makeover, I will have 100 days to train a wild mustang and then compete for the best trained horse. I feel honered to be part of such a great program
